1.Support in EOL, New DB creation, Migration or upgradation.
2.Report EOL DB versions & identify threats/risks attached to it.
3.DB Installation, Migration or Upgrade. Data fixes as per tickets/SR.
4.Prepare Plan of Action for Migration or Upgrade and Implement the plan
