Job Duties
The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking students who are interested in a work-based learning experience through a paid summer internship. If you are a student, or know a student, who is currently majoring in healthcare policy and administration, public policy and administration, psychology, social work, human resources, communications, information technology (IT), healthcare finance, business analysis, and others, who would like community planning, public policy, or workforce development experience, then this internship opportunity is for YOU! Please complete the application, along with submitting a one-page resume via PageUp. The Summer Internship begins May 27, 2025 and ends August 8, 2025.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to use independent judgment to plan and accomplish tasks
Strong organizational skills
