Start Date: Mid-March
Remuneration: $30 per hour + bonus program
Timings: Saturday and/or Sunday. Hours are 10:30am to 3:30pm.

This is a weekend role, perfect for individuals who thrive on connecting with people and bringing products to life. You’ll work independently in-store but always have the support of our experienced team, with regular training and development to keep you at your best.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations and coffee tastings
Engage customers and demonstrate machine features and benefits
Support customers in selecting and purchasing De'Longhi machines
Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.
Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.
Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
Requirements:
Confident attributable sales skills or experience (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; commitment to excellent customer service
Professional appearance and conduct
Reliable, honest, with a solid work ethic
Available for weekends and busy periods
Able to attend a paid training session (held on a weekday)
Must have NZ residency or valid work visa (no student visas)
