Job Description
Generate enquiries through direct scanning, references, and influencer networks
Convert enquiries into sales through effective customer engagement and target achievement
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders, surveys, and payment collection
Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) promotional activities
Maintain daily reports and update CRM with enquiries, visits, and market insights
Prepare and manage customer quotations using company systems
Ensure proper documentation post order closure
Track market trends, competitors, and industry updates
Stakeholder Management:
Internal: Sales Team, Dealers, Zonal Coordinator, Showroom Manager, Service Team
External: Customers and Influencers
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in building materials/customized products)
