Job Description
We are looking for a Debt Collection Executive (Telecaller) to contact customers and collect outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
Remind and follow up with defaulters via calls, SMS, and emails.
Explain repayment terms and negotiate payment plans as per company policy.
Record call details and update the system with accurate remarks.
Maintain daily/weekly call logs and collection reports.
Escalate complex cases to the senior collection team or legal team when required.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Proven experience in collections, customer service, or telecalling is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
Ability to handle rejection and pressure calmly.
Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, or collection software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
