Qualification: Commerce Graduate (BCom/BBM/MCom/MBA)
Experience: Minimum 2 years to Maximum 5 years
Minimum Criteria :
• University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce
• Senior Level – bachelor's in commerce/ master's in commerce/ MBA with >3 years’ experience, 2 years in BPO industry, experience in AR would be an advantage.
• Core Deductions / Dispute Management experience. Exposure to Deductions and Dispute process Management in OTC space’ is a must
• Expertise in MS office & Internet
• Good Knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
• Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Teamwork, Adaptability, time management
• Experience with SAP, High Radius is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform day to day root cause analysis with required speed and accuracy on reported deductions (including but not limited to promotional discounts, Pricing, freight, shipping claims or rebates, returns, among others.
• Co-ordinations and follow-up for supporting information and documents.
• Active team player with good communication and documentation skills
• Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the relevant Client processes
• Strong customer orientation
• Problem solving skills
