Job description
Responsibilities include:
1. Research and drive high-level decisions about protocol architecture, incentive structures, and features.
2. Solve greenfield challenges around liquidity, market structures, governance, multi-chain interoperability, security, and mechanism design.
3. Own smart contract architecture and development.
4. Spec, implement, test, and audit protocol upgrades and additions.
5. Partner with projects across DeFi and provide web3 developers with access to exchange infrastructure.
6. Implement and design periphery contracts for OTC swaps, Escrow Vaults, NFT swaps, and cross-chain swaps.
7. Design and implement Uniswap protocol requirements.
Requirements :
1. Experienced smart contract developer with a passion for building the next generation of cryptocurrency protocols
2. Avid follower of new crypto developments including L2/scaling technologies, Rollups, cross-chain messaging technologies, and new DeFi primitives.
3. Knowledge of the EVM, DeFi protocols, Rollups, Layer zero, cross chain messaging protocols, and gas optimization, zk proofs.
4. Deep understanding of Solidity and the EVM.
5. Experience building on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible chains in Solidity or Vyper.
6. Experience in web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
7. Experience with deploying production contracts to a live main net.
8. Strong understanding of EVM client, EIP-155+ gas fees/price, consensus mechanisms, layer 2 solutions)
+. High-level understanding of data availability and Oracle protocols (ex. Chain-link, The Graph, IPFS)
