Kounsel is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to be in charge of our digital marketing campaigns and overall online presence. If you are a results-driven and creative problem solver who can develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals, but also meet the below-listed requirements, you might be a right addition to our team.
Job Type: Contract/Remote/Full-Time/Long-term
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and projects across various digital platforms.
• Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing.
• Create, review, and monitor content for Kounsel social media and website.
• Constantly keep up with industry trends and implement best practices to ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct User Experience research, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth and expansion.
• Participate in Creative Design and UI creation for digital marketing campaigns and Kounsel products.
• Oversee the company's website and ensure its optimization for user experience and lead generation.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent/Professional oral and written English language.
• 4+ years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role for international companies (U.S./Europe).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Blog Writing, creative writing, and content creation.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with IT Technologies.
• Experience with A/B testing and ability to perform it individually.
• Experience with UX/UI and Creative Design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Active participant in communities such as Reddit, Twitter, or Discord.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
General Requirements
• Work hours: USA Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
• High-Speed Internet and the ability to join Video Meetings during business hours.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
