Job Description
Collecting and delivering various packages to specified locations as per the instructions provided by the operation staff.
Verifying the addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
Planning travel routes to ensure packages are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Securing packages to prevent damage during transit.
Obtaining recipient signature upon completion of each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct items.
Collecting payments as and when required, ensuring the correct amounts have been received.
Settling the amounts collected from the clients accurately with the accounts team.
Making sure the daily collection report is checked verified by the operation and accounts team.
Maintaining accurate record of all the deliveries handled.
Regularly conversing with the operation staff to provide delivery updates and receive instructions for new deliveries.
Answering questions from the customers in a professional manner
Prompt reporting of road accidents and traffic violations if any, to the company
