• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle.
• Help navigate routes and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
• Ensure that all items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling heavy items.
• Communicate effectively with the delivery team regarding any issues or concerns during the delivery process.
Skills
• Experience in moving and heavy lifting is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with commercial driving practices is a plus.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to load and unload products efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to assist in timely deliveries.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
