Job Summary: As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. You will be a key member of our logistics team and will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver products to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner
Follow delivery schedules and routes assigned by the company
Ensure that products are delivered to the correct address and received by the customer
Verify the identity of the customer and collect payments as required
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made and payments collected
Communicate with customers and the company regarding delivery schedules, delays, and other issues • Ensure the safety and security of the products during transportation • Inspect the products before delivery to ensure that they are in good condition • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and report any issues to the company • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while on the road • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
