Job Description Summary
As MR continues its Path to Leadership, as the Delivery & Installation Initiatives Manager, you will own a workstream critical to the strategic success of the business. In this role, you will drive the Delivery and Installation Initiative focused on transforming our MR system delivery and installation process globally. Working within the HPM Technical Centre, this role includes creating and managing an outsourced delivery and installation partner, designing and developing a dedicated resource model within International, and integrating process capabilities developed from the Order-to-Remittance to Install Hoshin Kanri.

This role is open to all candidates within the International region.

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Oversee the International program to migrate from the current internal and multi-vendor delivery and installation approach to a single outsourced partner approach.
• Create clear standard work processes with continuous feedback to implement improvements.
• Lead the partner selection and negotiation process.
• Oversee a cross-functional team to manage the connection points between GEHC MR, GEHC regions, GEHC functions, and partner(s), including planning, customer readiness, logistics, installation/technician training, and customer acceptance.
• Drive collaboration with third-party partners on joint continuous improvement of the end-to-end process from factory outbound logistics to customer acceptance.
• Create and manage timelines and projects to successfully transition from the current offering to a single outsourced solution without customer interruption.
• Communicate program progress and needs to GEHC leadership, MR leadership, and region leadership.
• Implement a vision that ensures effective coverage of mechanical installers, Project managers and service personnel.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partners to ensure consistent quality and cost control (monitor key rigging and installations metrics and costs).

Qualifications and Requirements
• Demonstrated program experience successfully driving large, complex change programs
• Significant experience leading in Supply Chain, Service, or Region orgs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required
