Should have acted as SAP leader with ability to manage large teams, ~1500.
Must have experience in transformation roadmap and able to marshal the troupes to make it happen.
Exposure in Client centric leadership behaviors underpinned by efficient operational management of the team.
Build the future ready practice which can elevate the role of India in delivering complex programmes.
Most importantly, seen as approachable, people centric leader.
Should be able to drive complex S/4 engagements in client facing role.
Should be able to steer and give direction to S/4 Transformation Programs.
Should have strong exposure in people leadership role.
Should have done Greenfield / Brownfield Implementations in SAP Space
Accountable for project delivery and KPI’s for one of the key towers in the Project.
Should have worked in SAP hand on Roles before onboarding in Managerial positions.
Accountable for meeting SLA’s and ensuring that there are no penalties due to operational misses at a Tower level.
