Role Overview: This role leads a team of consultants to deliver work on one or multiple projects.
This role will be responsible for the overarching solution for the client, potentially in partnership with other solution architects.
This role will involve leadership responsibilities and be a leading member of the team in key stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical and Business Responsibilities:
Lead single or multiple project teams to successfully implement ERP solutions.
Expert in functional Dynamics 365 Solution architecture design.
Identify and implement new opportunities and suggestions in functional and technical project areas.
Translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the solution architecture for the solution that is scalable, flexible, and complies with industry standards.
Project and Corporate Responsibilities:
Business partner with Director / VP level customers solving their ERP challenges.
Be the trusted advisor and 'go to' for solving project challenges when it comes to the delivery of their work or their teams' work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Able to coach/manage colleagues in a project stream on day-to-day issues and opportunities, and the performance of functional or technical solutions.
Adapt your style/conduct to help coach your direct reports and drive positive development.
Nurture the career development of others through frequent, targeted feedback, coaching, and performance management.
Sales and Business Development:
Interfaces with prospects in a pre-sales capacity including demo prep with Sales.
Develops and participates in web presentations.
Ability to assist in pre-sales activities and to write strong proposals and responses to RFPs and is a major contributor to the responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Minimum Requirements:
A University degree, preferably in a related field.
At least 7 to 10+ years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
1-2 years experience in people management.
Experience of at least 6 large international end-to-end ERP implementations.
Extensive pre-sales experience.
You have an affinity with technology, and you possess strong analytical skills.
Build strong relationships with ISV partners.
Cost model development and effort estimation.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
