Job Description
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the Space, Delivery Management, and PMO organization to ensure that the initiatives and internal customers are provided full lifecycle support, from implementation through on-going support This person will provide strategic direction and operational management on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the services business is organized and executes to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Define, develop and implement the delivery model and relevant processes.
• Manage the key business metrics.
• Manage multiple delivery engagements simultaneously, oversee large program teams, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Ensuring that the right level of competency is available in order to drive best in class service delivery
• Ensuring accurate and timely resource fulfillment
• Provide industry insight and service best practices based on experience.
• Direct the Services organization to adopt key global processes and procedures
• Provide on-going feedback and input to help improve services.
• Ensure that all aspects of ERGO initiatives are understood, communicated, and on-track.
• Ensure all deliverables meet ERGO standards, acting as a steward of quality and responsiveness.
• Understand the business environment and key business drivers across relevant business units.
