Job Description
Job Summary: As a Delivery Manager at Gururo, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. You will lead a team of professionals, ensure timely and high-quality project execution, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities
• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of project managers and other professionals. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members perform at their best. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value-added services.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruption and ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across projects and balance workloads to maximize efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources and skills for project execution.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance metrics, monitor key milestones, and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Present project updates and performance summaries to senior management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and ensure clear and timely communication of project status, changes, and risks.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
