Responsibilities

• Managing Data Management and International Mobility for GSC HR Shared Services function to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience within all aspects of HRCO support provided by the department.

• Providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.

• Ensure all action planning and team objectives support the overall group HR strategy and business objectives.

• Accountability for the day to day performance of the team, ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided.

• Establishing and reporting on relevant KPI's or SLA's for team performance.

• Proactive demand planning, ensuring efficient utilisation of team resources.

• Collaborating with all areas of HR and COE teams to ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes, or policies are communicated, planned, and implemented effectively across the Operating Business.

• Promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, continuous improvement. Ownership mindset and creating an excellent employee experience.

• Playing a pivotal role in managing the team with successful delivery of HR Digital and Transformation projects.

• Support audit missions and ensure closure of audit points / Declaring Internal controls

• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards

Profile required

Educational Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree (MBA in HR preferred)

Experience: 10 to 14 yrs

Functional:

Knowledge of India business process/functions within the Human Resource (HR) back office domain such as Recruitment, Onboiarding, Workforce Administration, employee data management, Compensation and Benefits and International Mobility etc
- Good client management/engagement skills- Flexible to work across shifts and time zones
- Good communication skills- Experience in training, mentoring and coaching team members on process
- Ability to drive results and function independently as an Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Display solidarity with team members and partners
- Ability to grasp and understand the process quickly and support the team members

Abilities/skills required:
- Good analytical skills
- Strong process and change Management capabilities
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment
- Strong facilitator with the ability to influence people and navigate a matrix organization
- Ability to mentor and groom professionals
- Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team
of peers Energetic and mature

Technical:

Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Good Knowledge Process mapping & Process documentation
- Excellent Knowledge of MIS and reporting to work on daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Experience of working on HRIS systems (PeopleSoft & Taleo)
