What you’ll do:
We're looking for a dynamic Delivery and Operations Manager to lead the delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats. Reporting to the Head of Retail Media, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard, and aligned with strategic commercial objective.
In this newly created role, you will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and support the performance of the campaign delivery team. You'll also play a key part in delivering impactful campaigns that contribute to the commercial success of Wesfarmers Health and its partners.
What you’ll bring:
A min of 5 years’ experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
Proficient with shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting (e.g. Excel, monday.com, PageProof, Google Drive)
Ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and lead post-campaign reporting aligned with business objectives
Experience with digital advertising platforms or campaign tools, including AdServer
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with strong planning and prioritisation skills
Strong leadership and team development skills
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Business or related discipline preferred
