Job Description
Create and manage comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, activities, and deliverables
Conduct Program Increment (PI) planning, including- defining scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with client
Identify and manage dependencies and risks within the project and develop high-level mitigation plans
Establish and maintain a well-defined project structure, aligning with client requirements
Implement effective monitoring mechanisms to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Align with client's governance model to guide decision-making, escalation processes, and project oversight
Navigate organizational changes and drive business transformation strategies
Act as primary point of contact for all project related matters, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
Coordinate with different teams to ensure that all aspects of project are synchronized, and resources are utilized effectively
