We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric delivery support expert to work with our delivery teams (internal and external) to deliver value to our SAP internal customers globally. This role requires excellent people skills, a good overview of SAP’s systems & processes as well as enthusiasm and dedication towards our customers.
What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Expert in the SAP Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CPIT) organization, you will be responsible for / involved in:
• day to day interfacing with the agile delivery teams and external partners to achieve a balanced resource demands / supply that meet our financial objectives.
• Day to day management of our financial goals and risks.
• Contract signing and managing contract compliance and risk management (project and business risks) with our delivery partners.
• Manage delivery of service level agreements (SLAs) by the partners with appropriate actions when required.
• Initiate / manage resources on-boarding / off-boarding / change management and continuously work with delivery teams to monitor / manage resource performances as required.
• Ensure seamless alignment across multiple SAP internal and external stakeholders as required.
What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with SAP internal processes and systems, project management; Working knowledge of agile / SAFe principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Track record of successfully managing large and complex customer engagements with multiple delivery parties involved.
• Strong project management skills.
• Accustomed to working with global virtual matrix organization.
• Fluency both written and spoken in English.
