Job Description

Our busy, modern dental practice in Newcastle is excited to welcome an experienced, self-motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our friendly team on a permanent Part-Time basis (2 days per week). We are a motivated group who are passionate about dentistry and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys all aspects of working within a surgery and takes pride in supporting both clinical staff and patients. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, maintaining high clinical standards, and supporting efficient workflows.

Working closely with clinicians, support staff, and management, you will assist with coordinating patient flow, supporting clinical operations, maintaining compliance, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Your experience, organisation, and proactive approach will be key to success in this role.

We are seeking an experienced clinical professional who is confident, reliable, and able to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound clinical judgement, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care are essential.
