Job Description
As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Dental Receptionistwill play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:
Greet patients and visitors.
Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist our skilled dentist during various dental procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
Provide excellent patient care and support.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven dental experience in areception or dental assistant role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
Detail-oriented and highly organised.
Available 3-4 days a week including Saturdays.
