Position: Dental Laboratory Technician
Location: Calgary, AB
Clinic: Terra Dental

Our in-house digital dental lab plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, custom restorations that make a lasting impact. As we grow, we're seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join us.
As a Dental Lab Technician, you’ll be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances that meet the highest standards of quality, function, and esthetics. You'll work closely with our dentists and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lab work that supports exceptional patient outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Design, fabricate, repair, and finish crowns, bridges, dentures, and other dental prosthetics and appliances
Design and print models, wax-ups, and fabricate custom trays
Operate lab equipment and software including 3D printers, milling units, and ovens
Ensure all lab work meets clinical and esthetic requirements
Maintain lab cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with safety protocols
Collaborate with clinicians for case planning and adjustments
Help provide content and education to continuously raise the clinical standard for our Passion Dental Group of dentists
What you’ll bring to the role:
Dental Laboratory Technician diploma or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in a dental lab (in-house or commercial preferred)
Must be well-versed in CAD/CAM dentistry and highly proficient in design
CDT/RDT preferred but not required with adequate digital experience
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
