Full job description
We are seeking Dental Management positions for a NEW OFFICE to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our busy dental practice. This is a key leadership role that requires strong administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient and team experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care
Supervise and support administrative and clinical team members
Monitor scheduling, productivity, and office flow
Manage patient relations and help resolve concerns with professionalism
Coordinate team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including health & safety protocols
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and support revenue goals
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and owners to align clinical and operational goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dental or healthcare office management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with dental software (Abeldent)
Knowledge of dental insurance billing, scheduling, and treatment coordination
High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
