Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Office Manager based in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, overseeing staff and patient scheduling, ensuring efficient billing and coordination with insurance providers, and implementing strategies to optimize office performance. The Dental Office Manager will also cultivate a positive and professional environment, support staff development, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in dental office management, staff supervision, and workflow coordination
• Knowledge of dental practice operations, including billing, scheduling, and insurance processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
• Proficiency in Open Dental software and basic computer applications
• Ability to maintain a patient-focused and supportive work environment
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
