Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining Recalls efficiently and effectively
• Confirming Patients and ensuring patients attend their scheduled appointments
• Follow Up with patients who may have cancelled their appointments
• Motivate patients to maintain or reschedule their appointments
• Greeting and Check In of patients and updating any changes in their personal information
• Flexible with other front office duties and roles
Financial Duties:
• Expense reports
• Processing payments
Setting:
• Dental
Ergonomic Workspace:
• Yes
Typical end time:
• 5PM
Typical start time:
• 8AM
