We are seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly, vibrant team at Wright Street Dental Clinic in Cloverdale.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and handle all day-to-day reception duties with professionalism while working as part of a dynamic team in our growing dental practice. The position offers flexible hours, typically 3-4 days a week from 8 am to 5.15 pm, with Thursday late nights until 6.45 pm. The role is casual for the first 6 months, with the potential to transition to part-time or full-time in the future.
Successful applicants will be well trained, ideally have at least 12 months’ reception experience, be great team players, passionate and keen to learn.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Exceptional customer service ability and professional approach.
A confident, outgoing, and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
An ability to quickly build rapport with patients, with a welcoming pleasant manner.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work weekdays and potentially Saturdays in the future.
Experience with D4W is preferred but not essential.
