Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Utilize Tracker for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using Tracker as needed.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Assist with sterilizing during downtime
Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Tracker is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communication.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese are assets but not mandatory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
