Location: Myra Smiles Dental and Implant Centre, Richmond, NSW
Hours: Saturdays ( 8:45am–2:00pm)
Employment Type: Casual / Part-time
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team on Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a busy front-desk environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients warmly and managing check-ins and check-outs
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book
Answering phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
Processing payments, health fund claims, and invoices
Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
Supporting the dental team with general administrative duties
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
About You
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with computers and practice management software
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently on Saturdays
