Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate Metal Frameworks: Wax, cast, and finish metal substructures for PFM crowns and bridges.
Metal Design & Preparation: Ensure proper design, thickness, and structure to support porcelain application.
Casting & Soldering: Use appropriate metal alloys, perform soldering, and ensure accurate framework integrity.
Fit & Adjustment: Check marginal integrity, occlusion, and overall fit of metal frameworks before porcelain application.
Quality Control: Inspect metal substructures for defects, porosity, or misalignment and make necessary adjustments.
Equipment & Material Management: Maintain metal casting equipment, tools, and materials for optimal performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with ceramists and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and case accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
