About the Role
HR Operations – Execution of end to end HR Operations for all employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, F&F management, employee database reports, Exit management and maintaining HR dashboards
Recruitment & On Boarding: Recruitment of employees and ensuring Onboarding of employees
Talent Management
Capability Building
Talent Assessment
Succession Planning
Industrial Relations: Handle all IR related issues, grievances and disputes at the plant level and resolve it to ensure the smooth functioning of Plant operations. Liaison with the various external government departments and agencies as required.
To build and maintain high level of Trust with Local Authorities and ensure cordial harmonious relations at the factory
Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance of all Labour Statutes applicable to Factory and other offices in India
General Administration: Day to day administration at plant level related to transportation, canteen, Bills of vendors, Attendance verification, General office housekeeping etc.
Qualification and Experience
MBA in Human Resources / Masters in Social Welfare
Prior Experience of Handling HR Operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll Management, Exit Process)
Handling of Unions and Industrial Relations in Factory
Thorough knowledge of labour related compliances
Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes
Experience in Manufacturing Industry
Working in challenging & fast paced environment
