• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage job postings and ensure consistent employer branding.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process with HR and hiring departments.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Skills Required
• Master’s degree in human resources.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and job portals.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
