Designation: Deputy Manager, Accounting
Company: Vehicle manufacturing company (OEM), Gurgaon
Work Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA (finance)
Experience:
• 4-6 years relevant experience
• Professional with strong expertise in accounting and SAP
Responsibilities:
• Opening new GL codes/cost centers in SAP and to ensure the same gets aligned with Holding chart of accounts
• Handling GL scrutiny, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, inter-company reconciliations and clearing of various machine posting codes
• Quarterly preparation of related party reconciliations
• Leading accounting automation activities
• Preparation of monthly BS review docket for management analysis along with ageing of advances/payable/clearing codes with the action plan in coming months
• Responsible for analyzing each transaction from Ind AS perspective and align the accounting team accordingly
• Daily review of activities performed by accounting outsourced team and ensure correct process is followed by the team for each transaction
• Support for statutory audit & group audit and provide a full support to tax team during tax audit and TP audit
• Responsible for monthly books closing & year end activities in SAP
• Responsible for PAN India GL rationalization & chart of accounts
• Setting up internal control process in system (like completeness of monthly and annual provision/all the approval matrix for monthly closing JV's/periodic review of open PO's/timely payment of MSME vendors etc
