Job Title: Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance
Qualification: CA IS MUST with 1-4 years (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sector)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance to oversee financial and accounting operations . The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the FMCG sector, and possess strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, compliance, and customer payment liaison.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Accounts & Finance professional to join our team, someone who can manage end-to-end financial operations and contribute towards strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial reporting, inventory controls, statutory compliance, and vendor/customer coordination, preferably within the FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze variances, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for management.
Inventory & Cost Monitoring
- Ensure proper accounting and valuation of inventory across locations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to monitor inventory health.
- Track and report on margins, pricing deviations, and SKU-wise profitability (without handling cost sheets directly).
Receivables & Payables Management
- Liaise with customers for payment follow-ups and timely collections.
- Monitor vendor payments and ensure compliance with credit terms.
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal teams for audits and assessments.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with internal stakeholders like Sales, Procurement, and SCM to ensure financial discipline across the board.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate and timely data.
