Job Description

Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for communicating information and instructions from senior managers or upper management to junior staff.

• Manage important and confidential company documents like licenses, policies, vendor quotations etc.

• Responsible for the safety & security of people, machines, buildings, infrastructure & other assets in the office premises/factory.

• Responsible for repairs & maintenance of lifts, ACs, buildings & other assets including civil, masonry, painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.

• Developing relationships with police, local self-govt. bodies, fire brigade, hospitals, ambulance, MIDC, MPCB, DISH, labour depts. & utility suppliers

• Close observation of housekeeping and gardening activities

• Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis and control office supplies stock.

• Sundry purchases including stationery, visiting cards, gifts, repair parts, etc.

• Training of employees in order to continuously improve HSE standards.

• Processing monthly MIS reports, and annual budget presentations to management

• Preparing SOP's policies for administrative activities

• Organizing and supervising other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, exhibitions, training, travel planning arrangements etc.)

• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.

• Have experience in handling major admin projects.

• Timely completed all statutory compliances relating to govt. departments.

Experience and Skills required:

• Proven experience as administration - Assistant Manager/Sr. Officer

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

• Strong problem-solving and organization skills

• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
