Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office ( WFO) for 5 days in a week.

What role you will play in team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Lead to oversee the management and negotiation of contracts within our consulting and labor categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Job will be based at Bangalore Whitefield EM office for 5 days a week.

What you will do
• Drive value, efficiency and expanded market advantage via end-to-end category management phases, while ensuring operational integrity.
• Plan, organize and control business, contracts, negotiations for acquisition of Professional and Technical Labor, Consultancy service Contracts.

About You
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Computer Science and related stream with minimum 6 CGPA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procuring Consulting and Labor Services.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating procurement contracts
• Develop agreements for the acquisition of third-party goods and services required by Business Clients on a timely basis with competitive terms.
• Drive value, efficiency and expanded market advantage via end-to-end category management phases, while ensuring operational integrity.
• Plan, organize and control business, contracts, negotiations for acquisition of Professional and Technical Labor, Consultancy service Contracts.

Preferred skills:
• B.TECH/BE in any stream or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the consulting and labor industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Experience of working with international suppliers or vendors
