Payroll Management
• End to End salary processing ( within TAT)
• Making payroll adjustment files
• Collating additional pay data from business
• Collection new joinee s information (Compensation / Bank/ Pan / other details
• Validation of Edit and final payroll input vs output
• Performing quality check on salary register
• Preparation of Bank upload file and draft letters
• Ensure salary processed and credited within the TAT.
• E-payslip upload in system after salary credit – monthly
• Tax forecast / perk upload in system on monthly basis
• Resolving employee queries related to salary pay-out.
• Validating monthly register and filing quarterly TDS return
• Performing annual investment proof / declaration activity
Managing employee reimbursement
• Ensure employee reimbursement claims are processed twice in month
• Any rejection should be informed to employee with reasons on rejection.
• Bank uploads file and approvals.
• Resolving employee queries related to reimbursement pay-out.
• Collecting reimbursement option from employees
• Preparation of revised salary structure and letter after considering flexi option
• Yearend reconciliation with paid and balance
Full and Final settlement calculation
• Ensure F&F is processed after system termination
• Preparation of F&F input, validation of output
• F&F working is checked and approved
• Prepare relieving and experience letters or recovery letter
• Ensuring gratuity payment within TAT
Statutory Compliance
• Coordinating/liaising with the appointed statutory compliance vendor to ensure Prudential Global Service complies with all the applicable labour laws and acts.
• Obtaining of licenses and registration required under labour laws- via the compliance vendor.
• Filling Periodical challans, returns under various labour laws- via the compliance vendor.
• Maintaining of various registers as prescribed under the applicable labour laws.
• PF, Professional Tax, MLWF and ESIC
- Processing PF transfer in, Transfer Out and Withdrawal request.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual returns.
• Processing & depositing PF, ESIC , MLWF & Profession Tax monthly payout with in statutory timelines.
• Handling inspection .
• Handling PF queries and employee request.
Employee Benefits
• Liaising with the brokers, rolling out RFP, comparison of premium data collected
• Negotiation with broker for L1 quotes
• Co-ordinate with sourcing team for smooth renewal process
• Ensure renewal of Benefits Policy pertaining to Group Mediclaim policy, Group Personal Accident Policy & Group Term Life Policy on time
• Administration of benefits plan to ensure highest end to end service is provided to all the Colleagues.
