Experience in rolling out TNA across multiple disciplines. Is able to determine
knowledge gaps and develop appropriate solutions.
Ability to independently establish strong working relationships and collaborate
effectively with managers, employees, and training stakeholders across the
organization.
Demonstrates good creativity. Ability to evaluate and address L&D needs in a fast
paced and changing environment.
Organized and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
Must maintain a high energy level, able to effectively multi task while performing dayto day activities.
Should be self motivated, and possess high level of personal initiative with minimal
supervision
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in any discipline. Preferably in Human Resources
4 plus years of experience in L&D domain
Recognized training & assessment accreditations would be a plus
Experience working on MS Office Suite & LMS
Program management from creation to evaluation of customized programs or
curricula
