Job Title: MEP Manager Corporate Interior Fit-Out Projects
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic MEP Manager with a strong background in corporate interior fit-out projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of MEP services in alignment with the project timelines and quality standards.
• Handle project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for MEP services.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct technical reviews of drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of services.
• Carry out quality checks, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, risks, and solutions.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure site safety, material management, and overall project execution excellence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and handle client interactions with professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with reputed fit-out or contracting companies.
• PMP or similar certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in green building or LEED projects is a plus.
