Design Advisor (B. Arch)

In this role, you'll review residential projects, offer expert insights, and work closely with clients as a trusted Design expert. The most important ways to spend time doing this job are…
• Procuring Data on Residential Projects: Collecting and organizing data on various residential projects, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Analyzing Data & Updating the Database: Reviewing and analyzing the collected data to provide valuable insights. Updating the database with the latest information and ensuring its accuracy.
• Advising Homebuyers as a Design Expert: Interacting with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Providing expert design advice and helping them make informed decisions about residential projects.
Your 4-5 core duties in this job are…
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and help them make informed decisions for buying a property.
• Reviewing Residential Projects: Conduct detailed reviews of residential projects to identify key design elements and potential issues.
• Providing Insights and Recommendations: Based on your analysis, offer insights and recommendations to enhance the design and functionality of residential projects.
• Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with other team members to share insights, discuss design trends, and contribute to the overall improvement of our service offerings.
What it takes to be successful in this job…
• Educational Background: B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 0-2 years in residential project design and analysis (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and database management.
• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in reviewing and interpreting design data.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication to engage with clients and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
