THE ROLE…
We’re on the lookout for a creative, people-focused Design Consultant to join our Residential Design Team. Based at the vibrant selection studio of a leading builder in Leederville, you’ll work closely with clients to help bring their dream homes to life through inspired tile selections.
Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert in tile styling, turning ideas into stunning interior outcomes while delivering exceptional client experiences.
The role will include (but is not limited to):
Becoming a subject matter expert in tile products and design trends
Preparing for appointments with care and attention to detail
Understanding each client’s vision and offering tailored design advice
Guiding tile selections that complement other materials and finishes
Staying ahead of interior trends and bringing fresh ideas to clients
Collaborating with the wider design and selection teams
Attending events, product launches, and trade shows to stay inspired

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience with interior design or product selections

Hold a qualification in Interior Design or a related field (highly regarded, not essential)
