Design Engineers at Philodesign Technologies design and develop automotive plastic components.
Main Responsibilities:
Meet manufacturability, quality, and cost requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product validation and production readiness
Participate in design reviews and ensure timely delivery of 3D/2D design data and documentation
Requirements:
CATIA V5/V6 proficiency (Part Design, Surface Modeling, Assembly, and Drafting)
Strong experience in plastic product design for automotive interior and exterior trims
Solid understanding of GD&T and DFM principles
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Production Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
