Design Engineer (Solidedge) at Actualize
Actualize, a 17-year-old multinational company with headquarters in Whitefield, Bangalore, and a delivery center in Hinjewadi, Pune, is looking for a talented Design Engineer to join their Mechanical Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3D-2D modeling software such as Solidedge and be able to configure and prepare BOM from the system. They should also be capable of creating system layouts and documentation packages using Microsoft Visio, prepare spare part lists, and wear parts lists as per customer standards. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PLM - SAP is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
• Create system layouts in Microsoft Visio and documentation packages
• Configure and prepare BOM from the system
• Create a spare part list and wear parts list as per customer standard format
• Read purchase order and prepare the proposal layout accordingly in Microsoft Visio
• Fulfill the requirement of project documentation
Qualifications
• Experience with Solidedge or similar 3D-2D modeling software
• Familiarity with GD and T
• Knowledge of dispensing systems is an added advantage
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent oral, written and organizational communication skills plus strong interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to communicate, coordinate and handle projects independently
