Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee Mechanical design work for R&D projects
• Be proficient in FEA & other engineering simulations
• Manage team to keep high morale
• Work closely with the purchase team to find suitable vendors for manufacturing
• Lead and Manage A multidisciplinary team of Designers and engineers in developing industrial equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design, performance, and manufacturability
• Ensure all designs meet relevant regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
• Foster a culture of creativity, problem solving, and accountability within the team.
