Role Impact
As a Design Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence and operational efficiency across our brand communications. Sitting at the intersection of global marketing, creative teams, and key business stakeholders, you’ll lead the execution of global asset toolkits and digital showroom projects that bring our brands to life across the globe. With a deep understanding of creative workflows and commercial goals, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. From coordinating timelines and aligning stakeholders, to overseeing asset production and content delivery – you’ll be the glue that keeps fast-paced, high-impact projects running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities
Managing Workflow - Managing design team workflow across both NZ and China design teams
Manage end-to-end design project workflows across all assets and digital showrooms, delivering assets for 1000’s of screens, interactive presentations and asset suites
Managing team and project workflow from key teams such as Local, Global Marketing and Showroom Delivery teams
Manage project workflow into the New Product Design team for Pets related tasks
Updating stakeholders with status and deadlines
Facilitating WIP meetings where required
Understanding what assets can be used across multiple platforms and sharing these with relevant teams
Proofing Assets - Checking incoming briefs and outgoing proofs from the design team (QA)
Reviewing design proofs for accuracy against the brief
Managing marketing, licensing and other relevant teams for sign-offs on artwork (Licensor Approvals where required)
Ensuring assets delivered are the right spec and quality for execution type, including screen layouts and interactive experiences
File management of final proofs and artwork
Oversee the deployment of assets
Driving Efficiency - Developing and managing special project timelines
Regularly reviewing overall process and procedures, creating and/or refining process where required to improve overall workflow and productivity
Ongoing management of briefing platform
Understanding key technology and AI we can integrate into our processes to make them more efficient
General Tasks - Maintain organised file management systems for assets, ensuring version control and accessibility for all stakeholders
Coordinating translations where required
Reviewing and processing all incoming creative invoices
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
A pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to make decisions quickly with confidence
Multitasking and collaboration skills with strong communication
Proficient with task /proofmanagement systems such as Hive, Airtable
