Job description
Menswear Knitwear Designer

We are seeking an experienced designer to lead the creation of high-quality, fashion-forward menswear and knitwear collections that meet brand aesthetics and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collection Strategy: Develop a collection strategy that aligns with our brand vision and market trends.
• Design Team Leadership: Lead a team of designers to create cohesive and high-quality collections.
• Design Development: Collaborate with designers to develop design concepts and sketches.
• Prototype Creation: Work with the design team to create prototypes and samples for collections.
• Sample Review: Review samples and provide feedback to the design team.
• Sustainable Fashion: Ensure all designs align with sustainable fashion goals and utilize eco-friendly materials when possible.
• Collection Presentation: Present collections to stakeholders with clear justifications for design choices, fabric selections, and final ensembles.
Requirements:
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a design role.
• Design Expertise: Strong skills in pattern making, textile design, and sustainable fashion practices.
• Team Management: Ability to lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Education: Graduate from top design institute or college.
