LANDR est à la recherche d’un Designer Graphique qui jouera un rôle clé dans l’équipe créative. La personne rapportera directement au Responsable créatif et sera responsable de la création de communications et de supports pour le marketing de LANDR.


Responsabilités:

Concevoir et développer des visuels pour les courriels et la publicité numérique, en respectant les lignes directrices de la marque afin d’assurer la constance à travers tous les canaux.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de création, de marketing de croissance et de courriel afin d’assurer une exécution fluide des projets.
Présenter, expliquer et justifier vos décisions créatives et vos choix de design.
Analyser ce que la compétition produit en termes de visuel et texte et proposer des pistes qui pourrait nous démarquer..
Maintenir et organiser les librairies de composantes figma à jour.

Qualifications:

Formation en Design graphique
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en design graphique
Connaissance approfondie de l’outil de design Figma (Auto layout, composantes, Emailify, etc)
Connaissance des règles de design et typographie.
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et de communication
Bonne connaissance de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellentes compétences en anglais, ainsi qu’en communication écrite et verbale en français. La connaissance de l'anglais est requise, car le poste implique de travailler avec une équipe internationale, notamment au Canada, au Royaume-Uni et dans le reste de l'Europe.
À l’aise avec le langage lié au web afin de communiquer efficacement avec la responsable du design web. (un atout)
Connaissance des règles de design web et de l’outil webflow (un atout)

LANDR is looking for a Graphic Designer who will play a key role in the creative team. The person will report directly to the Creative Lead and will be responsible for creating communications and materials for LANDR's marketing.


Responsibilities:

Create and bring to life compelling visuals for email campaigns and digital advertising, always aligned with brand guidelines to deliver a cohesive experience across every channel.
Collaborate closely with creative, growth marketing, and email teams to turn ideas into seamless, high-impact executions.
Confidently present your work, articulating the thinking behind your creative and design decisions.
Keep a sharp eye on competitor visuals and messaging, translating insights into bold ideas that help us stand out.
Curate, maintain, and evolve Figma component libraries to support efficient and consistent design workflows.

Qualifications:

Training in graphic design
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design
In-depth knowledge of the Figma design tool (Auto layout, components, Emailify, etc.)
Knowledge of design and typography rules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
Excellent English skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills in French. Knowledge of English is required, as the position involves working with an international team, particularly in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the rest of Europe.
Comfortable with web-related language in order to communicate effectively with the Web designer (an asset)
Understanding of web design rules and Webflow tool. (an asset)
