Your Role:
You will join a centre of excellence dedicated to the successful delivery of hospitality & residential projects. As a Senior Designer with Interior Design expertise in the Hospitality and Residential sectors, you will combine creativity and technical knowledge with your deep understanding of the hospitality & residential industry to produce functionally beautiful spaces for our clients
You will collaborate with Design Directors and wider team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled projects, leveraging your Revit skills and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through completion. You will lead the team to develop design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the design and detail development and construction documentation phase of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Utilize Revit and other design tools to create high-quality designs
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• 15+ years of related architecture and design experience
• Proven background in delivering high-end hospitality and residential projects
• Proficiency in design modeling/visualization tools, including Revit, Rhino, Enscape
• Experience with Excel and computational tools like Grasshopper/Dynamo is a plus
