Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer at Crenovate Interior. The Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing interior design concepts, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and creating interactive 3D models and renderings. The Designer will also be involved in selecting furniture, fixtures, and materials, as well as managing project timelines and budgets. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design, including concept development, space planning, and material selection
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, and furniture design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
