We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MBA HR Fresher to fill the position of an HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an administrative setting and has a passion for human resources.
Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field and minimal experience. Key responsibilities include:
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Coordinate the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to foster a positive work environment.
• HR Operations: Manage personnel files, maintain records, and assist with policy implementation.
• Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback.
• Payroll & Attendance Management: Process payroll, track attendance, and maintain accurate records.
• Training & Development: Plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
• HR Compliance & Policies: Stay informed about labor laws and company policies.
• Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, address concerns, and mediate conflicts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask effectively
